Our team is composed of experts from various related fields with an extensive experience of work, at local and international levels, with the challenges and obstacles that younger and well-established non-governmental organizations face in developing democracies.
We are well aware that as NGOs are trying to achieve financial and institutional sustainability, they often fail to diversify sources of income and depend on projects rather than being able to follow a strategic development path. In a highly dynamic environment this puts the most ambitious and important projects and promising organizations at risk of failure and eventually extinction.
